Two Way TV, MiXTV Ltd. and Poker Zone Television have just announced the launch of their new TV show, Face Up Hold’Em. The program will be a play-along entertainment to be televised by The Winner Channel, operated by Two Way TV.
It will be a two-hour daily show which will display Texas Hold’Em games. The audience will have the unique chance of seeing every player’s hand as well as follow their play-along. Viewers will have access to important information on the strength of each hand through mathematical facts. They will also have the possibility to bet on the results of every poker game via IVR (Interactive Voice Response).
Two Way TV’s CEO, Jean de Fougerolles, said that the show aims at all kinds of poker players and intends to teach them some things about the game. The difference he pointed out between this new poker show and the existent ones is that, this time, players will clearly see the dramatic changes in the game throughout its evolution, something that has never been done before.
