The 16th edition of the Master Classics of Poker, one of the most popular European international poker tournaments, will take place from Friday November 2nd to Saturday November 10th at the Holland Casino Amsterdam.

Two million tickets have already been sold for the event, which shows the growing popularity poker is experiencing nowadays. The tournament will gather the best players in the world, including those from the United States, France, United Kingdom, Russia, Austria, Germany, Scandinavia and the host country.

The main event will be the Lido Poker Tournament, which will be held November 7th to 10th. The minimum buy is 5.000 euros, with an additional attendance fee of 100 euros. The Holland Casino Amsterdam will give all those that get to the finals a seat at next year’s main tournament.

This year the maximum number of participants allowed is 400 players. It is estimated that the cash value of prizes will be more than three million euros.
